    How do I book and pay?

    On our website you will find an overview of the available holiday flats. You are welcome to send us a non-binding enquiry here. The quickest way to make a reservation is by phone – this way you can clarify a lot of things that might be burning under your nails.

    A written confirmation of the booking by both parties and a deposit (30% of the total amount) guarantees the booking. Please state your name on the bank transfer. The balance can be transferred before the start of the holiday or paid on site. The bill can be paid in cash, by cheque or by credit card. Please understand that in Italy we only accept cash payments up to a total amount of 1.999,00 Euro.

    How are the prices composed?

    The price of the flats always refers to 2 adults. Surcharge for each additional person per day:

    • Children from 0 to 7 years: free
    • Each additional person from 7 years: 15€ per person per night

    Our prices on the price list include additional costs such as electricity, water, heating and also the statutory VAT.
    In addition, there is the local tax, which amounts to 1,35€ per person per night. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax. The local tax is paid on site.

    For the final cleaning we charge an additional 30€.

    What are the costs in case of cancellation?

    In case of a cancellation at least 14 days before the arrival date, the full deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made between 14 days and one week before arrival, 50% of the booking value will be refunded. If the cancellation is made in the last week before arrival, 100% of the booking value will be refunded.
    In case of non-appearance of the guest or in case of early departure, the full amount is due for the entire booking period.

    Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.

    Travel cancellation insurance

    We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance if you are unable to take up your holiday. You can find more information about this at www.europaeische.at.

    Where are the Auszait Apartments located?

    Our holiday flats are located in the heart of Kaltern on the Wine Road. Kaltern is known for its idyllic location amidst the vineyards, its cultural treasures and its immediate proximity to Lake Kaltern.

    When do I arrive and depart?

    Our holiday flats are at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the flat for final cleaning by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
    Certainly, there are exceptions to this rule, especially in the low season. Just contact us – we will find a solution.

    Are pets allowed in the Auszait Apartments?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our flats.

    Are there parking facilities at the Auszait Apartments?

    The Auszait Apartments have a parking garage with one parking space for each flat.

    Is there W-Lan in the whole house?

    Yes, we have a free wi-fi connection throughout the house.

    Is there a minimum stay?

    Yes, there is a minimum stay of three days. Offers for shorter stays are subject to availability on request.

    Does the holiday flat have to be cleaned before departure?

    No, the final cleaning is not done by the guest. We charge an additional flat rate of 30 € for this.

    How does the arrival take place?

    Please contact us circa 1-2 hours before your arrival in Kaltern. After we have completed the paperwork together, we will show you your flat.

    What additional equipment is available in the flat?

    To make the start of your holiday easier, you will find two kitchen towels, a dishcloth, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, a household roll and rubbish bags, salt and pepper, coffee, tea and oil and vinegar for the duration of your stay.

    Is there a cot and highchair?

    For our little guests we have cots including children’s bed linen, a highchair and a baby food warmer. Please let us know your individual wishes when you make your reservation.

    Are bed linen and towels provided?

    Your beds will already be freshly made for you on arrival. Towels in various sizes and tea towels are also available. If necessary, you can order additional towels or bed linen at any time for a small fee.

    Is it possible to do laundry?

    Yes, you are welcome to use the washing machine for a small fee. We have detergent ready for you.

    What can you do in the surrounding area?

    Thanks to its location amidst mountains and lakes, Kaltern is a very popular starting point for hiking, cycling, swimming and many other sporting activities. The cultural offer in the surrounding area is also wide-ranging between various museums, castles and the sights in the nearby provincial capital of Bolzano.

    Do I receive information about the cultural offer in Kaltern and the surrounding area?

    On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with free information material, such as a calendar of events, information brochures and a local map.

    Where is the nearest bus stop?

    The nearest bus stop is only 100m away from the flats.

    What happens if I cause damage to the flat?

    Please report any damage to us.
